Shipping policy

You are always welcome to pick up your order on our porch. Just choose pick up in the order process

Unless noted on our website, we will strive to ship your order within 7 days, or contact you to explain the delay. Most orders will ship next day. If you have a time limit, please note this for us on your order. We will work to meet your limit if possible. 

At our discretion, we may deliver your order personally rather than use a shipping supplier. In this case, your order will be placed in a safe place on your property, we will knock, and we will send you an email letting you know it has been delivered.  

We are unable to be responsible for orders once they have been surrendered to the shipping supplier, but we are happy to help you with any information you need to file a claim.
